Results From the Campaign
Two Search Console readings show the visibility trend. The figures below summarise search performance and qualified leads from the campaign.

Where the campaign started
Average position was 65–70, placing the site around page seven on Google. The initial Search Console reading showed approximately 56 daily impressions, with limited visibility for commercial searches.
Where it stands now
Average position improved to 16.7, with around 340 daily impressions. The latest quarter recorded 260 clicks and 30,900 impressions. Three qualified leads were also recorded during the campaign.
Average position over time
Lower is better. The scale runs from page one on the left. Page seven to page two so far.
From impressions to leads
Bar widths use a log scale so every step stays visible. Impressions and clicks are last quarter. Leads cover the first five phases.
Click-through rate
Clicks per 100 impressions. This is the next lever to pull.
Current CTR is 0.8%: 260 clicks from 30,900 impressions. Title and description rewrites can improve this number without a change in ranking.
Position 16.7 is page two, not page one
The work is partly done, and we would rather show you a campaign in progress than polish it into a story that is not true.
The next step is moving “green wall installation Dubai”, with 1,250 impressions and barely any clicks, from page three to page one. Lifting click-through rate from 0.8% through title and meta rewrites is the other job. Both are ordinary, achievable, and still ahead.
Four things that shape Dubai landscaping SEO
Whether traffic turns into signed jobs or just clicks depends on these four factors.
Maintenance contracts pay the bills
A garden redesign is a single payment. An annual maintenance contract is recurring income that carries the business through quieter periods. These are searched for in different language, such as “garden maintenance Dubai” and “annual maintenance contract landscaping”, so they get their own pages, built first.
Demand is seasonal
Demand drops through the peak summer and returns in autumn. Rankings take time to build, so the quiet season is the time to do the groundwork. Work done in summer is what captures autumn enquiries.
Customers search by community
Villa owners search “landscaping Arabian Ranches” or “garden maintenance Dubai Hills”. Volume is modest, but intent is very high, and these terms are far easier to rank for than “landscaping company Dubai”. Community pages are built early for that reason.
Visuals drive clicks and trust
Before-and-after photography converts visitors who are comparing quotes, and well-named, compressed images earn image search traffic. Most landscaping sites we audit have photos named IMG_4821.jpg, no alt text, and files large enough to slow the page to eight seconds.
The Dubai landscaping year
Illustrative pattern based on how the Dubai market behaves, not client measurement. The shape is the point: rankings built in the quiet season are what catch the autumn.
Four Principles Behind the Growth
No shortcuts. Every decision was tied to a buyer searching for a landscaping service in Dubai.
Clean strategy
Technical SEO, local pages, service content, and buyer-intent keywords.
Dubai focused
Targeted high-value UAE searches across landscaping, villas, gardens, and green walls.
Lead driven
Built to attract real enquiries, not just impressions or vanity traffic.
Data backed
Growth tracked through Google Search Console with clear phase-by-phase movement.
Three Layers that Compound
This improved layout makes the page feel more premium while keeping the case study easy to read. The extra visual sections help visitors understand the value faster.
Technical foundation
Speed, indexing, mobile experience, schema, sitemap setup, and structure fixes before scaling content.
Local intent targeting
Dubai communities, service locations, and commercial keywords were mapped to dedicated SEO pages.
Compounding content
Service pages, project pages, and cost-based content created multiple ranking entry points.
Starting from zero in a saturated market
The client is a professional landscaping and outdoor services company based in Dubai, offering villa landscaping, green wall installation, artificial grass, swimming pool construction, pergolas, irrigation, and garden maintenance.
When they approached us, their website had zero search visibility. Dubai's landscaping market is saturated, and well-funded competitors had been building their online presence for years. The goal was to build organic rankings from scratch and generate real inbound leads, targeting high-value keywords in the UAE.
| Factor | Starting point |
|---|---|
| Search visibility | Zero, with no search history |
| Ranking strength | None on any commercial term |
| Organic traffic | No foundation to build on |
| Competition | Established local firms with years of domain authority |
| Target | Organic leads from high-value UAE searches |
Why this was not a soft entry point
Ranking for “villa landscaping Dubai” or “green wall installation Dubai” means competing against companies that have held these positions for years.
Compounding growth across every phase
The upward trend is consistent, and it accelerates through the middle phases. That compound curve is what healthy SEO looks like.

What happened, step by step
Not a straight line, but consistent progress. Each phase built on the one before it.
Near-zero visibility at launch
The site went live with no search history. Average position 65–70, meaning page six to seven on Google. Foundation work began: technical SEO audit, keyword mapping, and content structure planning for all service pages. Daily impressions were 5–12, with zero clicks.
First signs of life
Impressions grew to 20–44 a day and the first clicks appeared. Google began indexing and testing positions for target keywords. Average position improved to the 30–50 range, and service page content was finalised and published.
Positions settle, CTR begins to rise
Core keywords settled into the 20–25 range and several pages began ranking at once. Daily impressions stabilised at 10–40. Title tag and meta description optimisation started to lift click-through rate.
Impressions surge
The compound effect took hold. Daily impressions climbed to 60, then 130, then 190. Several keywords moved onto page one and two, and the first qualified inbound leads arrived.
256 daily impressions and three leads
Average daily impressions reached 200–256 and average position improved to 19.5, approaching the transition from page two to page one for high-value terms. Three qualified leads were generated. The client paused the campaign because of budget constraints, not because of SEO performance, which remained strong.

Buyer intent against how hard the category is to win. This comes from our experience running these campaigns, not search-volume data. The top-left corner is where a site gets traction first.
